I chose a 2011 Black Altima and got a great price and the service people did a great job cleaning it up ... what a beautiful car. My salesman, Roger Pinsonnault was great to work with. He got me a great deal on my Altima and we had a great conversation while the deal was going through. It started off with making an inquiry to all the various Nissan stores looking for a New Altima in a certain color combination. From there I was able to speak with Jerry on the phone, and right away I was p Nissan stores looking for a New Altima in a certain color combination. From there I was able to speak with Jerry on the phone, and right away I was pleased with his attentiveness to my questions and knowledge of the vehicle. We called numerious Nissan dealers that day, as we also spoke several times on the phone over the course of the day with Jerry as well, and as a result we did decide to visit this dealership. Once there Jerry greeted us and thanked us for comming in, then paired us with Brendan who was also very nice, but didn't seem nearly as efficient as Jerry. We had no idea that while we were speaking on the phone that Jerry was the manager, which is why he had Brendan help us after our arrival. We drove the vehicle, and after we finished Nissan World did not have the exact color combination we were looking for, however Jerry sat with us and assured us he could get it. Again not trying to push a color on us that we disliked. We then worked out the price with Jerry and came to an agreeable price, then within 2 days he had our new Altima on his lot just as he promised. Not once did anything deviate from what he assured us would transpire. Overall he made the entire process a very pleasurable one, and we highly recommend them for it. More

What and an amazing dealership! I have never in my life have had such a great car buying experience like this. It started off by doing some research online about the car (altima) with Joyce she was amazing about answering question about the car and sending me emails just to keep in contact with about the questions (and there was a lot questions) I had. I was in contact with joyce almost 2 months never once during that time did feel pressured or that I was bothering her it was a welcome change from what I had received at 4 or 5 other dealers I had gone to. When my wife and I went there for the first time Joyce set us up with Dean who also was great. Dean must have showed about 10 cars because at the point we were not sure what we wanted. Again I must say I never felt pressured to buy anything they were always friendly and courteous. Even the process of pricing the car was great and they do offer the best pricing around period. This was such a great experience that I look forward to buying from the in the future and I have already recommended them to family member and 2 other friends who are in the car market. Too many times we state the NEGATIVES about buying a car, none of those will happen at Nissan World! Also I will be sending Nissan Corp. a letter telling them how great this dealer is because too often we report negative but never positive. Nissan World Thank You More
