My salesman Mark was wonderful. The finance person I started out with, was not the finance person that finished up my paperwork. That to me was annoying. I was not happy with that option but the 100,000 mile power train warranty on the used 2024 Forester was the best deal for me. I was very surprised when Mark told me they would drive my old Forester home and I could drive the new one home. Wasn't expecting that service. Your finance people offer too many options for those on a budget. It's not about selling extra options. It's better that you stick to the budget the family sets. More
