The best part of my transaction with this dealership was interacting with the salesperson Mark Smallwood. He was courteous, intelligent, and best of all answered all my questions without being pushy. He wasted my time in being persistently pushy. I realize this is part of his job, but so should sensitivity to the customer be as well.
