Really ENJOYED my experience shopping for a new car with Lee. Who would have guessed? Car shopping has otherwise not been particularly enjoyable. I lease and dread the process of getting a new vehicle every 3 years. Allen called me, knowing my lease was due to expire, and let me know that there were no "deals" on CR-Vs but that the Nissan Rogue ha every 3 years. Allen called me, knowing my lease was due to expire, and let me know that there were no "deals" on CR-Vs but that the Nissan Rogue had an offer I might be interested in. I wasn't a fan of the Rogue, preferring Hondas (I've leased 2 Pilots and a CR-V, my wife has leased 2 Civics, and we purchased a used Accord for our son). On Tuesday of last week, Allen called to say that Honda would be releasing a deal on the CR-V starting Friday. I went to the dealership on Friday, picked a color and Allen told me to take it home that night and he'd have the paperwork ready at 9am on Saturday. True to his word, the paperwork was ready and I was done with the process in about hour. I appreciate Allen's straight forward approach with me. No haggling, no trying to up-sell me, no games. He knows what I am looking for and gives it to me straight. I don't consider other makes of vehicles because I don't want to deal with the salesman games that seem to be inherent in the vehicle purchase process. Sure, Honda makes an exceptional vehicle, but Allen's sales approach keeps me, and my wife, coming back. A HUGE thank you to Allen (and Darlings) for making the process less painful and frustrating. My wife and I know we are being treated fairly, that Allen is looking out for our best interests, and that we are getting the best possible deal for our money. John LeBlanc More
I dropped by unannounced because my tire pressure light was on for the third time in two weeks. Drew Simpson was gracious (as always) and said he'd have the technicians check out my tires. Drew called me shortly afterward saying they'd found a nail or screw, removed it and patched it. All at no charge. I am very grateful for the fact that Drew fit me in without an appointment, fixed the annoying light that had been on for 2 weeks, and that there was no charge. In addition, he was good enough to recommend other service that should be done, but he was gracious, too, when I declined to have those things done yesterday. Once again I drove off the Darlings lot a VERY happy customer. Drew is great! More

I cannot say enough about how great Bryan was in my experience with Darling's. I was extremely skeptical of the reputation of the "car salesman" but Bryan made me feel very comfortable and confident in experience with Darling's. I was extremely skeptical of the reputation of the "car salesman" but Bryan made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities to find what I needed in a vehicle. Not once did he try to stray away from the specifications I gave him. He ended up finding me my dream car in my price range. Working out the finance details with Matt was low pressure, and you can trust he knows what he's talking about. I have and will continue to recommend them to those looking for a new vehicle.
