I recently returned to Darlings to purchase a certified used Honda Pilot after a bad experience there over 4 years ago. The Odyssey we purchased 4 years ago had obviously not been put through the CPO progr used Honda Pilot after a bad experience there over 4 years ago. The Odyssey we purchased 4 years ago had obviously not been put through the CPO program but was sold as such. We returned the Odyssey twice for work that should have been checked under the CPO program. Anyhow, we have been so impressed with Honda quality that we returned despite our bad experience. When I explained this to Scott Larrabee he assured me that he would not allow anything like that to happen and apologized several times for the experience in which he was not even involved. I must say Scott is true to his word. I am 48 years old and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Scott is polite, knowledgeable, and at no time tried to pressured me into signing. He was great throughout the process and has followed up after the purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from Scott again. More
