I have purchased two trucks from Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth and my experience has been excellent. I have all of my service work performed there and they do a great job. We use Darlings Auto Mall on a regular basis for our company vehicles repairs and maintenance and Jessie is OUTSTANDING!!! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I arrived displeased with having to take time out of my day to address an issue with my Jeep but I must say I left satisfied. Very good staff. Went in to have state inspection done. Last time on inspection Andy said that ball joint was starting to show some wear, not a problem, but they would keep eye on it on next inspection. Everything checked out this time, still showing some wear but nothing to be worried about, that next time most likely will want to change. The best part was there was NO CHARGE for all of this, and I was there for an hour while they did all this..Other places charge. I have been a customer at Darlings (purchase of new vechiles and service of these vechiles for 10+ years..I would not go anywhere else. They treat me well, accomodate my time needs, and explain things to me in a way I can understand (I am not very mechanical inclined about cars/trucks) and I trust them to do the right things for me as I depend on my truck being reliable as I travel out of state alot for my business. The Darlings Crew in my view are "The Best". More

Ray Campbell sold me a Jeep ten years ago, and he was so helpful and professional that I can't imagine using anyone else to help me find the right vehicle. Ray listened to my "must-have" list and brought me the three best SUV booklets to look over, and arranged for me to test drive them all. When I saw an ad. in the paper for a great deal on a Nissan Murano at Darling's in Bangor, I really wanted to test drive it. Since I trust and respect Ray, I wanted him to be the only one to sell me a car. I was thrilled that he could make that happen, and I did end up with that Nissan! Ray learned everything about that vehicle and made the delivery another fantastic experience. I love my new car! Thank you, Ray and thank you, Darling's! More
