My salesman, Mike Hill, was great to work with in buying my second GMC Acadia from Darling's Auto Mall. He explained the features of the car extremely well and went over everything before we left the dealer my second GMC Acadia from Darling's Auto Mall. The finance officer, Aaron Stevens, was super to work with and found the best option and financial institution to finance the Acadia. Both Mike and Aaron were very professional, friendly and helpful to us. I highly recommend Mike, Aaron and the whole team at Darling's Auto Mall. More

Salespeople were great, however the service department and Darlings service after the sale made for some of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Instead of standing behind the vehicle I boug and Darlings service after the sale made for some of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Instead of standing behind the vehicle I bought ("Certified" and under factory warranty), every visit to Darlings resulted in the series problems with the truck not getting fixed, Darlings telling me they did work they didn't do on some issues and also refusing to make good on other issues, like selling the truck "Certified" and with a Maine State Inspection, but after purchasing I unfortunately learned there was illegal window tint on the windows and Darlings refused to take care of it, despite having sold it and stickering it that way.
