My name is Michael Bully and I brought my Chevy HHR in this shop Monday November 9th and I was working with Chris. Chris Customer Service Sucks! Chris was very short with me and Chris Failed to keep me in this shop Monday November 9th and I was working with Chris. Chris Customer Service Sucks! Chris was very short with me and Chris Failed to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. Chris attitude is Nasty and Rude. Chris quoted me $680.00 for the today bill yesterday November 11th but Now I called today November 12th and some worker name Boe is saying now the total cost to fix my vehicle is around $1100.00. How did they go from $680 to $1100 almost double the quote? Chris didn’t even offer me a Rental car, which they always say they don’t have Any rental cars available but I have coupons for a free rental and they didn’t even attempt to call Enterprise Rental to honor my rental coupon. This is very unprofessional and insensitive to the customer. I recommend that No One get their car fix at this location. Thanks More
If I could give 0 I would. First when buying my 2019 corvette, the manager on duty tried to discard the internet price of $69000, and stated the price was $81000. They then proceeded to tell me that th corvette, the manager on duty tried to discard the internet price of $69000, and stated the price was $81000. They then proceeded to tell me that the internet price was for military or first responders which I am both, but again tried to say the price was $81000. Shortly after purchase, the car sat 5 weeks in service, and when I got it back, the work was not done correctly and I was told to bring it back in 30 days to be repaired correctly. In the mean time, 2 days after I picked up the car the service axle light came on and rear end started whining. I took the car back in where it sat for another week and I got a call to come pick up the car because it would be sitting outside for another month while waiting on parts. This car has 1600 miles on it, and this dealership has no urgency to fix the problems. Do not buy from this dealership as they only care about selling a car and then forgetting you as a customer. Daniels Long is a terrible organization and management doesn’t care about the consumer More
This is an absolute TERRIBLE dealership. We have bought and sold many vehicles over the years and this dealership is by far, the worst one we have ever been too. To start, we had salesman Aquarion Yarbrou and sold many vehicles over the years and this dealership is by far, the worst one we have ever been too. To start, we had salesman Aquarion Yarbrough. We went in, test drove a vehicle, worked numbers and worked numbers with our trade in. We all agreed to a price. Our financing was approved, and we had an appointment to go into the dealership on Friday morning, at 10 am to purchase the truck. Aquarion called my husband and said don't come in we sold the truck last night. So between 7pm and 10am you sold the truck? Okay cool. We went to another dealership today, and were working the numbers when Aquarion called us and said they didn't sell the truck and we could buy it today if we didn't purchase another truck already. We were in the middle of working numbers at another dealership when he called. He said that he can make a better deal. We said we will be there in 2 hours. We rushed from Denver to Colorado Springs, he had all of the paperwork ready. We sent our pre-approval letter (huge mistake because they now know what we were approved for) We got there, and had another salesman walk around our trade in vehicle again and noticed 3 extremely small dents from hail on the hood. He said, "Oh it wasn't there when you first brought your trade-in vehicle in to us and it hailed on Wedneday (19 Aug)". Um, No Sir, it did not. Please see the hail reports for Colorado Springs below. It last hailed 15 August. They said they need another $1000 down to make the deal. Even though they already agreed on numbers/prices. We walked out, not only lost out on purchasing that truck, but the possibility of purchasing the truck we were in the middle of buying in Denver. Below are the texts between Aquarion and us. Aquarion: "I was upset at how your deal went so I got some higher ups involved. If you didn't buy 1 for integrity pusposes pulled some strings I have the truck if you haven't bought you can come buy it. If not I just wanted to know I tried my best to help you. Aquarion: "I had to take the bullet for what a salesman who doesn't care did buy I went to the top and pushed for you" Us: "Thanks for doing that. I will let you know in about less than 30 minutes. Just getting numbers and if they aren't good, I can be there in less than 2 hours" Aquarion: "Gotcha and whatever they do send it to me I will show them" Aquarion: "I will make it work...I know you may not care but I cursed out some important ppl for this deal for you....I was pissed I had to defend something that shouldn't of happened" Us: "Ok, on our way for it, leaving King GMC now, have it ready for us" Us: "Be there in less than 2 hour" Aquarion: "Thank you so much! I feel accomplished that I was able to fix this" Please please PLEASE save yourself money, and the trouble and don't deal with this terrible terrible dealership! More
Frustrating and a waste of time. We were supposed to get a Costco price and they said they didn't know anything about that. They had given us a price over the phone (without the Costc We were supposed to get a Costco price and they said they didn't know anything about that. They had given us a price over the phone (without the Costco deal) and when we got there they tried to charge us $5,000 over what they quoted over the phone. They had sent photos of the truck by email, and claimed that the truck they quoted over the phone and the truck they showed us at the dealership were two different vehicles. They were the same. We had photos and the ID#. When they did the new price quote using the Costco pricing they were $100 less than without Costco's deal. We have purchased other vehicles with the Costco program and saved thousands on each vehicle. We ended up buying a Dodge truck at another dealership.. More
This is most definitely the worst Chevrolet dealership in Colorado. They are not only dishonest, but extremely incompetent in every part of the dealership. My most recent experience with them was I got an oi Colorado. They are not only dishonest, but extremely incompetent in every part of the dealership. My most recent experience with them was I got an oil change somewhere else, and they informed me of a minor leak. I took it to Daniels long, because I got my warranty there. They sent me home with paperwork that the leak was fixed, and no other leaks were found. The next day my truck was spewing oil all over my driveway. I called Gerry the service manager, and he tried to say it was not there fault, and that I had to set a regular appointment for later in the week. I took my truck to another Chevy dealer , and I am currently working on getting the warranty work released from Daniels long. This was only one of many days incidents. Please go somewhere else for sales and service on Chevrolet!!!! More
Classic bait and switch Andy ( Andrew) and Chris what a waste of time, they claimed they would give me the best deal to avoid going to Denver to purchase a truck. The listed p Andy ( Andrew) and Chris what a waste of time, they claimed they would give me the best deal to avoid going to Denver to purchase a truck. The listed price was $11,694 in the end they dropped it a whole dollar to add$11,693 and added about $5000 of warranty coverage I never asked for, classic bait and switch. Super unprofessional, in the end Andy got a little loud at which point I said I'm not getting combative why are you and walked out.oh and they are part of Phil long dealerships,so maybe the drive to Denver is worth it. Also just found out the truck I was looking at was in accident they mentioned, overall very unprofessional. More

Worst experience I ever had in 50 years of vehicle buying. I opted to buy a new truck specific to my needs and found it,out of state, at Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs,Colorado. I was informed the I opted to buy a new truck specific to my needs and found it,out of state, at Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs,Colorado. I was informed the truck I wanted was on another lot of theirs and would have it the following day, We negotiated a price and was informed I could pick up the truck the next day at their lot. Since that time I was lied to, duped, given misinformation, given sales representatives who played good guy bad guy and virtually blackmailed to give a retainer of $1,000.00. I was told the truck would be sold easily while on the lot that weekend. I was given two pick up days initially, that they cancelled, costing me an additional $200.00 out of pocket for a driver to go pick it up. The lot they finally admitted was in Michigan or Wisconsin and the truck was being transported on one of two trucks they could not contact. Today, I was contacted, after more then two weeks from initial contact and informed the truck would be in 2-3days. No thank you....they are stereotypical car salesmen ie liars. Deal cancelled will stay instate. Feel free to contact me if you like More
