I purchased a 2013 Chev Tahoe in late September 2013. I was involved in a vehicle accident with this Tahoe. The vehicle was totaled. The service and Drew were outstanding in helping me find a new Tahoe and dealing with all the financing from the 2013 Tahoe that was totaled. Drew definitely took care of me and helped with through the entire process of transfering loans and registration over to the new Tahoe. They are 100% for the customer. We went back Daniels Long Chevrolet about 1 hour before they closed and met a very kind, energetic lady named Michelle Eaton. We thought they were going to just give us an appointment for another day because of how late it was but that wasn't the case. She took care of us as if we were the first customer of the day. We told her all we wanted to do was get a automatic Chevy Cruze because we loved our old one so much and she focused on just that. We ended up leaving Daniels Long Chevrolet that night with a 2014 Chevy Cruze 2LT that we love so much and will definitely return to purchase another car here. More
