That's an outright lie. You had two people inspect it and then after appraising it and giving us a value, you spent half a day trying to weasel out of your advertised price. You finally agreed to it, but when we were waiting for the credit check a THIRD person suddenly decided to go look at the car and refuse the offer. The car was in one accident and was fully repaired years ago, and then a recent bumper damage from hitting a raccoon. Which is what you were told. Your sales manager later claimed my son was trying to "scam" the dealership. Just look at all the times you pull this on customers in your negative reviews. Lying in a response doesn't change the facts nor the history you have of doing this.

Our manager found structural damage which would have required significant repairs. We would recommend you return it to whoever performed the work and have them look at the radiator and the radiator support.

We apologize for dropping the ball on your part order. As this does not involve a defect, it would not be covered by warranty and we are sorry if this was not made clear. I checked with our service team and the part was ordered. Once it arrives, it will need to go to the body shop to be painted before it can be installed. They will reach out to you to confirm you still want to move forward with this.
