If I could give it a negative 5 star rating I would. I purchased a lot of cars over the years and never had such a bad experience. Danbury Kia simply sold me a piece of absolute junk. I should have kn I purchased a lot of cars over the years and never had such a bad experience. Danbury Kia simply sold me a piece of absolute junk. I should have known it would have been trouble when we test drove the car and the brakes were grinding so bad that we almost didn't stop at a stop sign! Of course, they would fix that right away. So I purchased the car and within a few days of driving it, there was an oil leak. Brought it back to Danbury Kia an hour away and they "fixed" it. Of course, they didn't fix anything and had to bring it back again. Supposedly fixed it again and low and behold, the engine blew within a few months! Not even an offer to assist in getting Kia to fix it - nothing they could do. A) I would never, ever purchase another car from Danbury Kia and 2) I would never, ever purchase another Kia. More

Great service, very friendly and willing to explain things. Not pushy at all. Only reason not 5 stars is during a oil change visit, after I left the car sounded funny.
