I had visited Danbury Auto website on the web and found it to be very informative and helpful. I have never visited this dealership, but it appeared they had the inventory I was looking for. When we entered the showroom, Roland came over and asked if we needed any help. When we told him we were interested in purchasing one of the two 2013 Dodge Journey automobiles that were posted on the web, he checked the inventory and informed us that they were sold. Knowing what I was looking for by the information I gave him, Roland said they had one on the lot, but it was a 2014 for almost the same price as the one I was interested in. He retrieved the car from the lot and showed it to us, explaining some of the features. He asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I was trading in a 2009 Journey so I was familiar with most of the features. The only thing different about this car from what I was looking for was the color. I appreciated that Roland didn't pressure us to take the car even if it wasn't the color I said I wanted. He asked if I would be interested in Silver. I think he would not have wasted our time trying to persuade us to take it. The entire visit with Roland was a good experience. The car was ready as they promised and they took care of all the insurance and registration papers. I look forward to calling Danbury Dodge my "new" dealership. More

I recently just bought a Rottweiler puppy and did not realize I just how big he was going to get. I had a blue 2 door Wrangler which I loved but I quickly realized I needed a 4 door Wrangler. While talking with one of my sons friends I mentioned I was in the market for a Jeep and he told us about Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge and we should really stop by on our way home from my son's Football game in CT. I live in Syracuse, NY and my son lives in NYC and we both decided it could not hurt to stop. That was the best decisions we both have made in a long time. I have bought 7 Jeeps over the past 20 years and this last Jeep the one that Alex just sold me was the best experience I have had so far. I felt no pressure and enjoyed the entire process. There were 2 Jeeps on the lot but I really wanted a standard and a 4 door hardtop. Alex did not try and push either of the ones on the lot on me. He knew what I really wanted and he got it for me and I was driving it to another football game 5 days later with my puppy in the back with plenty of room. The customer service we received from Alex was above and beyond, he not only was friendly but he knows his Jeeps and Chargers as he could answer any questions we had and he also told us all the features these two vehicles had more. When we left that Saturday both knowing Alex had to find our cars from other dealers we had no idea he could pull everything together including the financing in 5 days. Carlos who took care of the financing was also amazing, there were no surprises when we showed up Friday to pay and pick up our new 2014 Jeep and Charger. What we thought we were going to pay Carlos made it happen. He too was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Alex as a sales person to anyone.
