Do not buy a car from them under any circumstances. I was on vacation when my brand-new car broke down. When I called the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, they hung up on me four times while I was s I was on vacation when my brand-new car broke down. When I finally got someone, they told me to take it to a Chrysler dealership where I was on vacation. I found out my car, with 12,500 miles, needed a new transmission. I repeatedly asked the salesman if this car was in perfect condition, and he repeatedly said yes. When I called the dealership again to see about getting them to help with my car, 11 hours away, the service manager told me, "that sucks. There's nothing we can do." When my car was delivered to the dealership, they couldn't find it, leaving me without a car for days. This place is a clown show. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else. More

This is the worst service center! !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple,multiple messages the bill changed several times ran !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple,multiple messages the bill changed several times ranging from $1,700 to $5,000 for work that is NOT even needed. NO ONE EVER calls you back even when you try to escalate to service manager, Yvonne. They just send you a text saying they talked with the service person (Franco) who keeps getting things wrong and replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced!!! WORST service center ever dealt with ever. Used to be a good place to go. Not sure what happened. Don't know how they stay in business!! More
