No good service the worst ever. No good customer service or call back from Ashley,always had to make contact with her. I went there for some diagnostic and oil change.i ended up being in there for 2 weeks I drove off the lot 1st time thinking I need a battery. Then had to back needing a alternator they let me drive without informing me and it burn some wire cables. Stay in there another week picked up Friday July 21st ran great. Sunday morning it wouldn't crank . Spend a couple grand here and my car is need to be towed and not running.. I would advise no one to ever get np work done here More
Zero Customer Care in 2017 Service Department scheduled a service that I paid to have done for the life of the vehicle. Hence, they already have their money. Now, when I get a c Service Department scheduled a service that I paid to have done for the life of the vehicle. Hence, they already have their money. Now, when I get a confirmed appointment that the service will be done, it's a problem. Dropped my car off at 8am to have the service done. Got a phone call at 130pm that they will not be able to complete the service. Mind you, the appt was made over a week ago and I also called to confirm the service would be done before I arrived... I am sooo done with this company. This is not the first time this has happened. This is why I always call to confirm, and still I got no customer service. Again, this is not a service I have to pay for any longer. I paid for it when I purchased the vehicle. So they are showing me that they don't care about me getting the service I deserve. They have their money already... And their favorite line is, "well there's nothing I can do".... Really? More
EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES I TOOK MY CAR INTO GET SERVICED AND SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE CENTER STOLE A PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM MY CAR. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE I TOOK MY CAR INTO GET SERVICED AND SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE CENTER STOLE A PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM MY CAR. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS TAKING MY CAR BACK FOR SERVICE. WHAT IS THE BAD PART OTHER THAN THEM STEALING IS THE FACT THAT IT WAS HIDDEN AND THEY SNOOPED TO FIND IT. I DO NOT PLAN ON TAKING MY CAR BACK THERE TO GET SERVICED AGAIN!!!!!!!!! More

Expert service was received, from beginning to end. Ten years ago, I was in for a repair for a used car I purchased from Vaden. I felt uncomfortable, service was slow, & turned me off of this company. Ten years ago, I was in for a repair for a used car I purchased from Vaden. I felt uncomfortable, service was slow, & turned me off of this company. This last time turned me completely around. I was kept on track with what was happening, & enlighten what needs to be done. I needed to leave my vehicle overnight, & was allowed a loaner car. The next day I then received a call that my vehicle was repaired & ready for pick-up. My car was well serviced, washed & handed over with a smile. More
