The cost of the "free" oil changes were added into my loan. It would have been cheaper for me to just pay that up front. Now there's interest added! The person that drove me there was promised the "finders fee" of $100 for suggesting I go there for a car. He's been there's several times and called several times but they keep putting him off. After half a year I'm sure he's never going to get it. I've heard so many people say you'll never see a car dealer in Heaven. Now I totally believe that!!! More
So darn disappointed. I came to exchange and purchase an SUV. Told them multiple times not to hit my credit till we agreed on the purchase price. Was told if I sign a page than I’ll get the car for the agreed price. No, instead they hit my credit (hard inquiry) came back and said they can’t agree on price. They lowballed me on my SUV and overcharged me for their used SUV totaling to $119K at the end. Pft. I walked away. They shouldn’t have ever asked me to sign anything if they were going to charge more. So misleading. As a preexisting customer I’m never going back. I’ve reported horrible buisness practice to Better Business Bureau. Never had car dealership hit my credit without agreement on a car price. Shame on them. More
I have bought two new Corvettes from this dealership over the years. A 2016 and a 2020. Up until Wednesday Feb 21 I 've been treated with the utmost respect and consideration when having my vehicles serviced the years. A 2016 and a 2020. Up until Wednesday Feb 21 I 've been treated with the utmost respect and consideration when having my vehicles serviced. However, on Monday Feb 12 I scheduled service for my 2020 Corvette. The right side turn signal is not working. I also requested oil change since the car was displaying it. I was told my Svc Rep would be Mr. Derrick (I believe he is the Service Mgr). After a few hours Derrick said my car was ready but the turn signal problem would require additional time to fix. After a discussion Derrick told me to bring the car back on the 21st and he had it scheduled for his "big shop" and to arrive the sooner the better. When I arrived, Derrick asked if I had a ride home. I said No, this wasn't mentioned in the previous trip. He said the entire vehicle would have to be taken apart and he would need at least 24 to 48 hrs. I asked if they had a loaner vehicle and he directed me to a car rental down the street. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!! After purchasing two new Corvettes and having several years of exceptional service, I was stunned. I left with a car not repaired as to the original request and an extremely low opinion of Dan Vaden Chevrolet. More
I bought a used vehicle from Vaden Chevrolet in Savannah this week. They gave me to false pick up times for the vehicle. They said the vehicle has been fully inspected and had passed. They said the fluids h this week. They gave me to false pick up times for the vehicle. They said the vehicle has been fully inspected and had passed. They said the fluids had been changed and filled. I checked the coolant when I got home, there was barely enough in it to be seen, oil had been slopped all over the engine. The DEF was not filled and the fuel filter had not been changed. When I brought this up I was told the would fill the coolant and would fill the DEF but refused to change the fuel filter and made no comment about the sloppy oil job. I told them I was shocked by the terrible customer service of not fully servicing a vehicle before pick up. They told me it was standard. Do not under any circumstances go to Vaden Chevrolet in Savannah Georgia on Abercorn. They do not care about Veterans or taking care of their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could. Update: They have offered to replace the fuel filter. More
Was ready to purchase a new Trailblazer. ..Until we they told us about the "required" additional purchase of a package that included all-weather floor mats, special wheel locks of some sort, ..Until we they told us about the "required" additional purchase of a package that included all-weather floor mats, special wheel locks of some sort, and tinted windows for a total of a little over $5,000. We talked a bit about it with one another and decided we didn't want those upgrades. The salesperson said it was non-negotiable, if we wanted the vehicle for the price we were quoted, we HAD to add on the additional package and pay the extra $5,000. We were a bit shocked, so we questioned him. Yes, he made it clear. If we didn't pay for the extra package, we wouldn't get any new Trailblazer. So, we left. Drove a bit to Woody Folsom Chevy in nearby-ish Baxley, GA and got the EXACT vehicle, slightly lower price and no mandatory extra package. So worth the drive - saved $5,000. Unbelievable. More
I would never recommend this dealership. They did not have the car on lot that I wanted to test drive but told me I could not see the car until we had discussed numbers. The manager came to speak to me and got ANGRY when I wouldn't agree to look at new cars. That is when I was told the car was at another branch of the dealership. The manager slammed his hands on the desk and angrily told the salesman to put me into anything on the lot in my price range. I happily purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership where I was treated with respect. More

I was traveling to Florida and broke down. I had my vehicle towed there. They were so courteous and was able to make the fix to my vehicle so I could resume my trip the next morning. I can’t say enoug vehicle towed there. They were so courteous and was able to make the fix to my vehicle so I could resume my trip the next morning. I can’t say enough good about Melanie in service she helped us and kept in contact- they even sent a shuttle to the hotel to pick us up when the car was ready. Richard the shuttle driver was very helpful. They turned difficult situation around! I can’t thank them enough for fabulous customer service and a quick repair to get us back on the road! More
