My check engine light was on, so I called Donna Dale in the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. She was waiting for me w the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. She was waiting for me when I arrived. I waited in the nice waiting area a little while. They discovered the problem, fixed and told me that there was no charge because GM was covering the repair. (They replaced the purge valve). I could not have been any happier! More

In December of 2022 we bought a used 2020 vehicle. The price was better than we found anywhere else. The used car manager, Travis, was very helpful and the salesman Tom Wilson delivered the car, sight The price was better than we found anywhere else. The used car manager, Travis, was very helpful and the salesman Tom Wilson delivered the car, sight unseen, to me in Charleston, SC. It was beautiful and just as described. I signed all the papers accepting the vehicle and the deal was done. Shortly thereafter I realized that a warning light was on, and later found out the cruise control would not work. Unfortunately, the sensor in the front of the vehicle was not working properly and was causing these issues. When I called Travis, he put me in touch with Mark in service, and Vaden fixed all this, at their cost, despite me having paid and signed for the car! They certainly did not have to do this. This dealership is excellent. They provide great prices and great customer service. I will buy from them again. More

I recommended this company based on my experience buying a new car. I obviously was not aware when my son asked me about buying from Dan Vaden that new cars and used cars are totally different. My son (last name Wilson)bought a used Ford F150 truck. Within 3 weeks it had to go in to the shop. Not only were they unhelpful and rude in getting him in to get it fixed they refused to supply him with a replacement vehicle, claiming they "had nothing available". After two weeks of him paying for his own rental vehicle to the tune of $1,400 I called and showed out. They put him in a "Trax?" tiny SUV for the remainder of the time the truck was in the shop and promised to reimburse him the $1,400. Now months later they refuse to talk to him on the phone or return his phone calls. Neither the General Manager or Service Manager has the guts to admit how badly they treated this young man who has a family depending on him. SHAME ON YOU DAN VADEN BRUNSWICK!!!!!! You will never have to worry about anyone from my family bothering to buy from you again. That includes anyone I come into contact with at my job as well since I work in Brunswick and feel my duty is to warn people how you treat customers. More

Dealership is ok itself but the service department is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with otther then the girls at the desk. I have had so many issues getting them to address an issue that I finally far the worst I've ever had to deal with otther then the girls at the desk. I had my 2021 Colorado serviced this morning. Miss Melanie did a super awesome job of taking care of me and answering all of my questions. I was missing a valve stem cap when I arrived there and Miss Melanie did a super awesome job of taking care of me and answering all of my questions.
