If I could give this dealership negative stars that would be too much. I brought my Cadillac in for service, and was told they had no loaner. Waited on a warranty part and a call back but never heard from be too much. I brought my Cadillac in for service, and was told they had no loaner. Waited on a warranty part and a call back but never heard from them again. Two months later, I called and was told "the part just came in", but no loaners available. FOUR phone calls later, to include one to the Service manager over a three week period, I still don't have an appointment on a WARRANTY item. No one returns calls, no one does anything to assist and this dealership is a joke. I would avoid this place at all costs. More

Poorest service I’ve ever experienced The service center for Cadillacs at Dan Vaden Chevrolet is the worst service center I have ever experienced. Not only do they not keep their appointm The service center for Cadillacs at Dan Vaden Chevrolet is the worst service center I have ever experienced. Not only do they not keep their appointments, but for an oil change my car has sat at their dealership now for a day and a half and will not be ready until the end of the day making it 2 days for an oil change and AC check. Virtually no communication or status calls from the management. No loaner cars. And no updates. Very unsatisfactory More
