I bought a chevy pick< from Dan Cummins in Geogetown, KY. This was a huge mistake. First they lied to my face saying they had fixed the air bag sensor and tire management system as well as ordered the latch This was a huge mistake. First they lied to my face saying they had fixed the air bag sensor and tire management system as well as ordered the latch for the rear driver door. Then it took 7 weeks to get an appointment to get it fixed today. I took off work to drop it off, they had it from 10am until 5pm. I called several times over a couple hours to check the status of the repairs with no response. So I finally drove 25 miles back up there and they had not done a single thing even though some of the parts were in stock. Now I have to take another day off work for another all day appointment to get it repaired. This is ridicules and I will never but another vehicle from Dan Cummins and highly advise everyone else to purchase vehicles from any other dealership but Dan Cummins. More

Waited 2 hours for 20 minute test drive / denied service? I arrived early at 9 am and was checked in promptly but then waited in their lounge for over 2 hours. About 20 minutes later I was told that the service manager was just now test driving my 2019 chevy colorado (15,000 miles) to determine if my claim was valid? He denied the transmission service based on his short test drive and not completing a computer analysis? I requested a better explanation for denial and both the service desk lady and service manager guy talked with me for a few minutes before I left the dealership so that was appreciated. More

Attitude Service adviser asked if I there for oil change and tire rotation. I told him that two of the tires were installed within the last 6 months. He stated that if I did not want the tires rotated, he would remove the rotation from the scheduled service. I told him to rotate them. I asked if they could re-install the Buick emblem that fell off the passenger doorframe. He basically told me how to do it myself. I asked to wash the car and he said it was closed.
