I purchased a 2023 durmax from Dan Cummins and 2 days after I got home I recieved a phone call from Dan Cummins saying that My sun roof replacement was in and gave me a date to have it replacedced.NOBODY after I got home I recieved a phone call from Dan Cummins saying that My sun roof replacement was in and gave me a date to have it replacedced.NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THE SUNROOF LEAKED!! so I took off work to take the truck to paris.they said that they would call,after 4 days and no call,I called them,to my surprise they told me they was replacing the windshield because it had gotten bustedand would be ready in a few days. Now the good part! When I returned the truck to get fixed was supposed to get a pickup for a loaner they didn't have one so I got a gmc suv which was small.well when they got it fixed my wife returned the loaner to pickup my truck,my wife was talking to a mechanic and the service writer when Olivia walk up and interpreted their conversation and very rudely ask my wife what she was going to do about the gas that the loaner had used and if they replaced the gas it would be almost $8.00 a gallon.No body ever apologized for breaking the windshield and the inconvenience of having them have my truck all those extra days! But when I called to talk to someone about what had happened! I was offered A FREE OIL CHANGE. LOL not even close to being enough! I rated Dan Cummins 1 star because they didn't offer ZERO stars. I sent a copy of this review to GM to see what they have to say More

We ordered tires from Dan Cummins in Paris, KY. and given an appointment to have them put on. - My husband took off work for this appointment and upon arrival, our name was on the board showing our and given an appointment to have them put on. - My husband took off work for this appointment and upon arrival, our name was on the board showing our appointment time. We were later told that they did not have the tires and we would have to come back. We were given the name of the supervisor of the service dept (Casey Roberts) to discuss any concerns and to be given an explanation for this issue. When we called we left a message and she didn't bother to call us back. My husband took off work a 2nd time when the tires actually arrived. When he asked to speak to Casey to discuss a discount for having to use vacation time and make 2 trips to Paris, we were told she was unavailable. Something everyone should also know is there is a price match guarantee with Dan Cummins. When they were given the print out of a cheaper price elsewhere, we were told they were not honoring our comparison. Please note: it was for the same tire we bought from them... To say that our experience with Dan Cummins not standing behind what they offer was a disappointment is an understatement. We feel that the situation was not handled properly and that our time was not important. Department managers are responsible for the ethic and service that their team offers their customers. Casey Roberts dropped the ball. - A manager should call customers back when there is a concern or issue that needs attention. We had a very disappointing, time consuming and disrespectful experience with Dan Cummins, Paris Service Dept. More

Buyer BEWARE! !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit th !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit this review and share this with whomever shall read it , this review WILL NOT be recanted. Upon going into this dealership the buying experience was a total joke and thats just the beginning. We purchased a vehicle that needed some repair work done to the car and after some time haggling about it the dealership decided to give us a due bill for the work to be performed. I went to take the vehicle in for service at my appointed time and after 7 hours later, yes I said 7 hours later, this is what transpired. It took them 2 hours before they even looked at my vehicle to decide it needed 2 ball joints replaced before they could do the alignment and balance, ok so they paid for those, which they should have. They never did get back with me during the process to let me know how things were progressing, but 5 hours later it was supposedly fixed. The next day that my husband drove it to work and it made a horrible sound, metal on metal and had a terrible vibration, which it didnt before we took it in. He called the service department and after speaking to Service Advisor/People Relation manager, they said have our mechanic look at , and they would reimburse us because we were too scared to drive it. Upon having our mechanic look at it all he had to do was take his fingers and could turn the lug nuts on the right tire, they werent even tightened!!!! Also they couldnt get the lug nut out of the left tire, so they took a hammer and chissel and cut it off and caused damage to the rim around the lug hole. Upon discovering this and being very upset, my husband contacted Christina and the Service Manager David and demanded that they make this right, if that wheel wouldve came off it wouldve been casatrophic. Well they said bring it in they would look at it, well thats alll they have done, they wont answer or return our calls, after saying they would possibly replace the two front rims. This is unacceptable!!!!!! They are acting like they dont care and this is a poor excuse for customer relations. Trust me, do not take your vehicle to be serviced here for anything. I will also be leaving a review on Facebook and as well as the BBB. There is no excuse for treating your customers this way and after everything that we have experienced at this dealership it was a huge mistake, one that wont be made again. Pretty disappointed. Went through Kelly blue book to price my car and was priced at $3,500. Was instantly contacted by Dan Cummins to purchase the car. I scheduled to come up the next day. No one really price my car and was priced at $3,500. Was instantly contacted by Dan Cummins to purchase the car. I scheduled to come up the next day. No one really directed us and felt like we were an afterthought. We sat waiting for three hours only to be offered less than half of what was quoted by Kelly blue book of the car. Asked us if we wanted to come back at a later time to speak with a service tech. All the employees were great at standing around and chit chatting with each other but felt like we wasted a three hour drive time. Pretty unprofessional and wasted my time. More
This dealership has several nice cars. However communication is a very valuable thing in the car sales business. When you do not communicate with your customers, we do not want to shop with you.
