While vehicle shopping I found a 2024 Chevy Trax at Dan Cummins in Georgetown on their website. I contacted the dealership and was told that the vehicle was not on the lot, but would be there within a week Cummins in Georgetown on their website. I contacted the dealership and was told that the vehicle was not on the lot, but would be there within a week. I was asked to put down a deposit on the vehicle, which I did. I waited the week and called back only to be laughed at and told the vehicle wouldn’t be there for a month to two months. My husband and I were originally told that the vehicle was in line to be the very next “shipped.” When we followed up another associate disclosed the vehicle wasn’t even in process of being built yet. I was promised my deposit in return due to this but that has not been honored. I waited more than a week before inquiring again. The gentleman I spoke with acted as if he would look into the issue and help me promising a call back. That has now been another 5 days and I have yet to receive a call. I will NEVER do business with Dan Cummins again. We have bought multiple vehicles and in my line of work I have recommended tons of people through the years to DC. I will now steer people away as they do not honor their promises and provide false information. More

UPDATE ON MY SUV I PURCHASED FROM DAN CUMMINS…. So i made a review 3months after purchasing a CHEVY EQUINOX from Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and my SUV still does not Run. The only thing Da So i made a review 3months after purchasing a CHEVY EQUINOX from Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and my SUV still does not Run. The only thing Dan Cummins offered me was money back on 1 of my car payments. Thats it!!! This was my first time ever going to A Car Lot to purchase a Vehicle and this has bee the WORSE mistake ever choosing Dan Cummins! Here it is 5 months in and i still have no running vehicle and STILL have to make payments on a SUV that has been at the mechanic shop for months because they Honestly dont know whats wrong with the SUV. Dan cummins has done nothing to help! They just wanna make sure im still making my payments on it. PLEASE if you choose them check your vehicles FULLY out! Get a Warranty all that… because they do sale cars that Need MAJOR WORK! Ive only had this Equinox for 5months and it has been in the shop for a total of 3! The other 2 months parked because it constantly cut off… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Do your research on the car before you purchase with them!!! Cause once its yours they could care less… More
