Perhaps the best anecdotal evidence I can provide that attests to Tim’s level of care is in the detailing of my purchase. Unfortunately, due to some confusion, the detail team started on my new car but didn’t finish – closing and locking up the garage with my new purchase locked inside. Tim, despite it being after 8 p.m., went to the garage and gave the vehicle a thorough wipe-down and cleaning. He apologized profusely for not having the detail job complete in time for me to leave and said that when I brought it back in after the weekend, he would see to it that my vehicle is thoroughly detailed. David provided us with excellent service in telling us about the vehicle and showing the features and options. We agreed on the purchase of the vehicle and completed the paperwork in a timely manner. As part of the deal the dealership agreed to fix some scratches on the vehicle. David called us as promised and set up an appointment to bring the vehicle back in. David kept us updated during the entire process of the repair. We feel David went out of his way to treat us like a valued customer. Igot riped off I was missing a spare tire and rim cost me 240.00 dollars to get one. . Now the heater isn't working, have to take it to get it checked and repaired, cost ???. All this in less than year. So no, I'm not to happy because I was told everything worked. More

Austin Sipple and Dan Cummins From Start to finish, the easiest purchase we have made at a dealership. We arrived and were met on the lot by Austin Sipple who asked us if he could From Start to finish, the easiest purchase we have made at a dealership. We arrived and were met on the lot by Austin Sipple who asked us if he could help us which we told him exactly the used car we were looking at and told him we were just looking today. He went and retreived the car and proceeded to give a very knowlegable run down of all the features on the CTS which my wife fell in love with. When we came back we went inside and I noticed how there were SOOO many people BUYING cars here ( and I was told this was a light day), you do not do this much business by NOT taking care of your customers so we now TRUST the dealership. Next we looked at the deal which was a fair price. I REALLY like the power train warranty, what a piece of mind. I told him we would have to go to my bank to get the loan paperwork done...he asked if I minded if he got a quote from Park Fed and felt he could give us a great rate....he did, he got a better rate than we could get even with our great credit. We had a couple of minor issues with the CTS which he put in writing that they would take care of and they did. Next on to Tim who explained all the paperwork and closed the deal. Great personality and knowledge also. Austin Sipple is the reason we bought the CTS at Dan Cummins. His professional manner with his personal touch always made us feel that he had our interest in mind and more importantly....he listened. We had NO intention of purchasing the car that day (we had set out to look at new flooring) but when it feels right, it feels right and and with Austin Sipple and Dan Cummins.....It WAS right.
