I went there on a rainy Friday morning hoping to get one of the advertised on-sale cars before the crushing crowds the next day - a sunny end-of-month Saturday. Salesperson Jeff greeted me promptly. We selected a car from the stock numbers I provided. The car was retrieved from the lot and I test drove it. The car was in perfect condition, and therefore eligible for possible purchase. This would be a second car for me so there was no urgency to buy anything. I showed Jeff the numbers I worked out using the website pricing and promotional APR. They agreed and everything proceeded with no stress whatsoever. So what could I complain about? They had the car I wanted - color and equipment - and sold it to me for the price they advertised online. I went through the whole process in about two hours - including finance and insurance. The car was delivered in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. So to answer the question posed above, there was - and is - nothing to complain about. It was fast and simple, and I drove home in the exact vehicle I wanted. Having purchased dozens of new cars over the years, I can say that the process is far easier when you are working with friendly salespeople that have a level of integrity that you don't often see in the automotive retail business. Tried to make a deal, sent pictures of my trade via the link they supplied. We agree on the price and the day before I’m set to pick up my car they decide the way my LLC is worded on the title that Frankfo link they supplied. They act like they can’t take a vehicle titled to a business and transfer it to their name. Then after we agree on a price, I’ve done sent photos of the dent in the door and the scratches on the lift gate, they want to try and say the tires are not good even thought they are above the 5/32nds they told me was the cutoff. I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I received from Dan Cummins. While my vehicle was in your care, my chrome mirror was damaged. What is most upsetting is not just the damage itself, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern shown afterward. I expected your team to take responsibility and provide a clear resolution. Instead, the issue was handled poorly, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the overall service. When a customer entrusts their vehicle to a dealership, basic care and respect for that property should be guaranteed. Damaging a vehicle and failing to promptly and properly address the issue is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable customer service standards. I am requesting that this matter be resolved immediately, including repair or replacement of the damaged chrome mirror at no cost to me. I expect to be contacted promptly regarding how Dan Cummins plans to correct this situation.
