Drove three hours one way to look at truck for $50k with a $12k trade in. Truck was leaking oil, drove horrible. They brought out a purchase agreement for $55k on the truck (yes, it was as advertised, but not agreed upon BEFORE I drove three hours to get there). On top of that, they offered me significantly less than $12k for my trade. I passed on that truck and Haley helped me find another that I really did like. By this time, it was really late in the day. They turned out the floor lights as I was waiting for the finance guy to do his thing. Keep in mind, I had already told them I had an outside loan secured at 4.55%... no big deal, they acted like it'd be matched. The finally did me the favor of honoring the agreed upon trade amount, $12K. By the time I sat down to sign papers, I found that they had worked up the loan at 6.55%!!! Apparently, they thought it reasonable for me to pay $3600 extra for NO REASON. But by that time, there was about three people left in the entire dealership and everyone was ready to go home, so I signed. So I get to refinance the next business day. Predatory lending practices and poor communication are the reasons for this review. Their service may be with a smile, but a 6 hour round trip is a long way to drive to get the rug pulled out from under you. More
