The sales guy was good, but sales people are just pawns and have to play the back n forth xx game. The sales manager tried xxxxing us on the interest rate. I have an impeccable credit score as does my spou and have to play the back n forth xx game. The sales manager tried xxxxing us on the interest rate. I have an impeccable credit score as does my spouse. We have a very high combined yearly earnings with zero debt. We should very easily have received the best interest rate possible. Instead, they tried pulling a 12.49 rate on us. First off, they don’t like divulging the rate to begin with. They just want to show you monthly payments. They also repeatedly said they deal with 70 financial institutions to get the very best rates. When we questioned it, the sales manager said it was a 8.something rate. That’s not true because numbers don’t lie. Sales managers lie. We were then given a 4.49 rate. We should have gotten that from the beginning. When all finalized and that took hours, they were supposed to clean the truck. I called and was told they had just finished cleaning it up and I could pick it up. It was not cleaned. I got home to find that a floor board mat was missing. No one went over the controls and ins and outs of the vehicle with us. Also, in those hours we sat til the sale was complete Christian music played the entire time. That did not fit the xxxxing we got. Not very Jesus like. So, I would strongly NOT recommend this dealership. More

Dealer needs to refine and improve the procedures that would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time. Improving the process would move the customer thru the system would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time.
