We purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid today from Damian Lillard Toyota in McMinnville. All in all we had a very good experience, our sales representative Chris Paulson was very helpful and took care of us Lillard Toyota in McMinnville. All in all we had a very good experience, our sales representative Chris Paulson was very helpful and took care of us from the time of initial contact around 2 and 1/2 weeks ago through today when we picked up the car. Our only issue was the high-pressure sales effort by the finance department to sell us more services when making final payment. If Toyota makes a quality car with standard factory warranty, why is it necessary to purchase more warranty insurance, for tires and wheels, key fob replacement, paint protection, and for mechanical breakdown. My opinion is the price of the car and factory warranty should cover most everything and additional warranty should not be required. More
