Let me start off by saying that I hate car shopping. It is one of the most stressful situations for me because I do not feel like I am in control at any point. From my first contact with Internet Sales Rep Becky to my showroom contacts Austin and Paul to Chris the Finance Rep I did not feel pressured at all during my visit. Are you guys doing an awesome job? It was just a miscommunication that’s that upset me earlier in the month. I just lost my place to live. I’m currently living in my truck had an accident that threw off the truck alignment and when I was told that they wouldn’t do the repair it came at the worst time possible for me. They then explain the situation to me about this vehicle that I bought, (and had over paid for 😤) and what it was going to require for the vehicle to be serviced by them. Not unreasonable to request that I empty it out and have the frame inspected for any issues before I bring it back. Sorry Mr. Lillard, and to the rest of the staff. I’ve just been in a very bad situation, lost my place to live and lost most of my family’s support battling a couple of narcissistic people.
