Great service every time I have been into Damerow Ford Larry the Ford Guy, got the 2016 Ford Escape that I wanted from another dealership and no extra cost. I have had the car in for routine service and matters related to the warrant and the service people did a good job in a timely matter. I get good information from Ford about various Ford car matters like new models etc.. This dealership has done what I have requested in matters dealing with my Escape. Promise the world only to make you feel like an xxxxxxx I purchased a used truck from them and was promised that everything would be fixed with a gentleman's handshake. After 4 times the 5th time I was prom I purchased a used truck from them and was promised that everything would be fixed with a gentleman's handshake. After 4 times the 5th time I was promised the same xxxx from Ryan the GM. Pleaded with me for one more chance and was told face to face that they would fix the issues. They fixed a couple of things after 2 weeks of not having my truck. They finally called to let me know that my truck was ready. The front shocks are blown out and was told they would get me after market shocks. I'm just a guy off the street and knew they didnt make aftermarket for my rig but them the Ford dealer told me otherwise only to have ordered 2 different types and found out that I was correct about not having aftermarket shocks so needless to say I am xxxx out of luck. All this could have been prevented if they would have looked on ebay for used ones and put them in the truck and made me a happy customer bit no. They could have lied to me as they have been doing from day one and i I might have kept my mouth shut.i am driving a Ford raptor in Vancouver. You'll know it is me when you drive by my rig by the stickers of a guy pissing on damerow Ford. What a shame. BEWARE OF DAMEROW PROMISES!!!!!! More

Absolute rip off and dishonest people I bought NEW car back in 2015 and had my car serviced in March for 7,5 k from this dealership. I suspect that they did something to my car because my I bought NEW car back in 2015 and had my car serviced in March for 7,5 k from this dealership. I suspect that they did something to my car because my car starts to have battery problem (it might have that they replaced the original battery with defective one back in March) that it keeps depleting faster than old car. I previously owned Honda, Chevrolet and Hyundai for the past 30 years and none has issue with the battery. I went back and forth to their service department for 3 times already for the battery issue. This morning for the 4th time I went there and was told that I had to pay $130 just to diagnose the existing issue. Kylle Mccullah even demanded to show paperwork to him that stated my new car still under warranty. He even asked me to sign an invoice before the car is being serviced with that charge. This dealership has a very bad reputation. I should have bought the car somewhere else. THIS IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. If there is an option for ZERO star, I give it a ZERO because of POOR quality work and service. More

I had picked out a truck at another dealer and damerow said they could beat it by 500 dollars. When I got to damerow they didn’t have such truck in there inventory. And convinced me to buy a more loaded one. Doubling the payment and price from my original choice. They pressured and would not let us leave with out buying from them. So we traded in our Toyota and they gave us less than a fair price. But we just wanted to get the heck out of there show room.So when I got home I immediately called them back, emailed them, and left messages stating this is not the truck for us. Came back the very next morning and YOSKI the lead finance manager WAS THE BIGGEST xxxxxxx i have ever met at a car dealer. He was not willing to do anything for us. Not willing to budge. Horrible customer service. After spending many more hours in the show room. I could hear him talking with several other customers. He was again rude, careless and not understanding. He’s your typical 82nd ave rip off car sales man. Only thing he was missing was a rat tail and leather jacket. The guy needs to be fired. even the other office staff don’t like him. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM DAMEROW as long as Yoski is employed there. The sales staff and mike from contract signing were awesome. 5 stars for mike and David!
