Truck broke less than 24hr after we bought it We bought a truck that had major issues about 12 hours after we got it. I called Damerow to cancel my loan and they refused to, claimed you can cancel any loan after you sign even though it was 12 hours later. We called the sales manager and the sales rep who where helping us and they said to bring the truck back and they would fix it no questions asked. I had to pay $200 out of my pocket to tow my truck out to them. After they claimed to have fixed my truck I got it home and the next day it wouldnt start again. So again my truck is being towed back out to Damerow but this time they actually paid for it. Out of a months period I litterally only had my new truck for 1 week. The sales manager finally told us we could bring the truck back and they would make us whole again, once we got there he wasn't available to help us so another sales guy did and they were only going to give us $15k but had just bought it from them for $23k. The guy who filled in for Dan( our sales manager) I would recommend he never works with the public.The next day we called Dan again and he told us "yes I don't know what happened in there but come back and I will take care of you and make you whoke again". We return multiple times and had different rigs picked out from them but they claimed we didn't pick expensive enough rigs for them to get us out of ours. So yet again we have been lied to and are now stuck with a truck we can't even trust and have since become to hate due to all of the issues. Don't believe anything they say and make sure your finance agreement has a minimum 2 or 3 day return policy. This sale has been such a mess and so dishonest I'm considering reaching out to the owner so he is aware how his employees are representing the company. More

She sped through the myriad forms that need to be completed, so that I was in and out quickly. We drove 5 hours one way to buy a car on the understanding we would be under a set price a set payment, a value for our trade in that made it well worth the drive. We made our selves clear that we would not be spending more than said price. We were gave the run around showed cars we would were told we would get into, fell in love with a couple of them... got our hopes up that we would bring home a car my husband and I both felt good about. Upon meeting with finance we were hit with payments double the agreed price , not given jack for our trade in and told we needed to fork up thousands of dollars. We told them absolutely not going to happen. We were told to make the deal we would need to find another car under $20,000... we found a car for 19,999 and thought we would be taking it home no doubt. The dealership ran our credit told us cool as long as your credit is over 720 and came back and told us we would need the same said down payment we already made our selves clear that wasn't going to happen.. mind you i was told my credit pulled at 725 my husband's well over 800. We were repeat customers.. just gave them $34,000 2 weeks ago on a pick up we purchased. Completely blown away we would be taken advantage of as repeat customers. They told us lie after lie, should have never given these guys my trust and time. Definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Should have just stuck with the Ford dealership 5 minutes from my house and saved the 12 hour car drive and xxxx this dealerships finance department put us through. Abhdi you're cool and I appreciate your time and help, it's not your fault your management is incompetent. Days after this experience Abdi brought to my attention a 5 star review on Google under.my name giving them all the rave. He didn't figure it was me because he knew how upset I was. Absolutely disgusted with these people. I got on the phone right away with a manager. I explained my self yet again and was told I'd get a call back... Yeah we will see. More
