Today we brought in our Explorer for a routine oil change and transmission service. We were told the trani fluid was so filled with shavings and they refused to service it and it probably wouldn't make it ou and transmission service. Also, our car was functioning when we brought it in, but now. multiple malfunctions not related to the transmission kept us from driving to another shop. After telling not one but two advisers we were told that it wasn't on them. So we popped the hood and the air cleaner was not mounted. Suprise, now the car works, and we drove to Ammaco, and they found no shavings in the trani fluid, just needed to be serviced. I have been a customer of the shop for years and it just shocks me the absence of customer care they displayed today. More
The salesman Steve Huffman made my car buying experience very nice! He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape I purchased and he even helped me transfer my items from my old Ford to the new one! I lov very nice! Beware buying from this dealership. My son ordered a new Maverick pickup in October with an expected delivery date of February. Every time he checked on the status, he was told delay was caused by supply problems. This was a lie. After he recently called Ford directly, he found out that the dealership never submitted his order. When he contacted the dealer again, they finally admitted the mistake but won’t do anything to expedite getting him the car he ordered 8 months ago. They expect him to wait several more months and have offered no compensation for their serious mistake. More
One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to for service. I have a 2021 Ford Mach-E and they had to replace the windshield, and install software for bluecruise. I implicitly told the service rep that if the windshield broke, they would need to tell me since it was tinted a year ago, and I would have to go back to retint it. I was also told that I would get a rental car since this process would likely take 2 days. I got there and they never intended on me getting a rental car. After waiting 20 minutes, they took me to enterprise where I got a vehicle but still had to pay over 80 dollars. After 3 days, I called to see if my car was going to be finished, but the service tech said they were having issues with installing the software and that my windshield was replaced. They never told me it broke even after telling him and the receptionist desk. After back and forth, he never gave me an answer for when it would be done. It had been six days already when this process was promised to be two days! The service tech kept ignoring my calls about when it would be done. They later told me the camera sw module was bad, and they were messaging ford, and again I asked when they would be done. No answer. They had six mach-e's in the lot and it looked like they were very unfamiliar with this service recall which made it more frustrating because if they knew there was going to be problems, they could have at least told me beforehand. More

This is now the second time I have had a misleading experience at this dealership. I spoke with the sales manager Bradley. He was not a good salesperson, he was NOT a good representative of FORD. We were fortunate to have Ammie Jose as our sales associate at Damerow Ford. Mach-E’s are hard to come by and Ammie worked very hard until she found one for us. She wanted to be sure we knew how to o associate at Damerow Ford. Mach-E’s are hard to come by and Ammie worked very hard until she found one for us. She wanted to be sure we knew how to operate our car and made the entire experience pleasant and enjoyable. She also set up our Ford app and showed us how to maneuver our way around it. She is knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend her. More
I'm convinced nobody actually works here. I've been trying to reach a service advisor for a week now to ask a simple question. Also busy. And apparently does not have a voicemail box I can leave a message in. What is going on at this place??? More
Agreed on car purchase of in transit vehicle. Went home and got check book and returned with $500 deposit. Small claims court next but avoid the scam and go to Gresham Ford or others who are straight shooters. These people are old school bait and switchers- sales rep, then sales manager, then another sales manager, etc. About 30 years behind the times. More
