Big time waster First.... the sales rep lied to us and said when they pull your credit it's a soft pull and doesn't effect your credit, lies! Second...We were there for over 3 hours going back and forth with the numbers game, and at the end of the day our sales rep just kept saying how every thing is looking good but we need to reach out to the banks and will contact you in a couple days to see if you're approved...ok... but what were we just doing at your dealership for three hours!? There were courteous and very friendly, but these people need to know that you can't lie about credit pulls - credit score is everything!! it effects future potential opportunities with housing and other vehicle opportunities. I called with multiple diesel questions, because I've never owned one and they were very nice and took the time to explain what I was inquiring about. When the truck needed it's first big service, just happened to by the first service I needed, they waived the cost! Having owned many cars, this is the first time a dealership that gave me the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Being picky about my truck, they even hand washed it and stated it on my bill. I just appreciate the team because they treat my vehicle the exact way I expect a service department should, and I just wanted to express my gratitude towards the Damerow Ford team. Sean, my salesman representative, worked hard and did not give up in trying to find the exact truck I wanted. This truck was at another Ford dealer -- I had already tried, unsuccessfully, to purchase this very truck from two other Ford dealers but they were terrible at communicating and follow-through. I was delighted when Sean brought me a far better deal than either of these 2 other Ford outlets. When I arrived at Damerow Ford to take delivery, the deal was as promised. There were no hidden surprises. I have already recommended Sean to friends who are thinking of replacing their trucks. More

Damerow sold me a car above advertised price My girl and I went in and found a used 2015 gt mustang. We bought it for 30995. According to Oregon law it is against the law to sell a car above their advertised price unless you have accessories installed. I have since printes out the advertised price. I have contacted them several times and I do not get an answer. Damerow has committed fraud and I am giving them a chance to make it right. More

I was contacted by 3 dealers and got a quote that seemed very reasonable from one dealer. My wife and I checked it out and felt the sales rep was too busy to spend much time with us. I was also contacted by June Jermany at Damerow Ford. He told me they would beat the quote I had gotten on a 2017 Expedition from the first dealership by at least $500.00 on a similar vehicle. He took the time to explain all the features to me and again to my wife on a separate visit. June is personable and we didn't feel pressured to buy. I enjoyed working with June and Damerow. I would recommend June Jermany and Damerow again. More
