Brought my car in for service. Service went well, but I found out that their system automatically sends your information to the sales department. While waiting for news on my car, Service went well, but I found out that their system automatically sends your information to the sales department. While waiting for news on my car, sales texted me to ask if I wanted to trade in my car for something "newer and nicer." If I wanted to sell my car, I would have contacted SALES and not SERVICE. So shady. When I complained to the service department, they confirmed that the system gave my information to sales, and that I was not the only service customer to complain. More
I bought a Mach E on Thursday and couldn't be happier with my experience! Chase Shank found exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience a breeze. They don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. Supposedly they ordered the parts 5 months ago. Called to check in- oh, they didn't order the parts. They're just ignoring me and the problem with the car. The extended warrantee is literally worthless. Don't get me started on the issues with the reception. You ask a question, they don't respond - just transfer to an unidentified voicemail box. I think the parts and service departments must be at war, and the employees just punish the customers. More
I went to Damerow Ford and worked with Chase Shank, he helped me pull off a big surprise for my husband for his 40th birthday. I won't be returning for any work that isn't completely covered under my warranty because this place isn't great and I advise you get a second quote for any of the work they're recommending. So far I've covered under my warranty because this place isn't great and I advise you get a second quote for any of the work they're recommending. So far I've only had terrible experiences here. They refused to replace all 3 of my engine mounts that I requested, only doing one, which then failed and needed to be replaced which was caused by the other mounts being worn out. They also ignored my request for an oil change wouldn't give me an explanation on why they wouldn't replace my 3rd mount. They also take forever to call back and no one seems to answer the phones if you miss their call. The work seems to be extremely overpriced for the area. They charged me 1,200 dollar to have my temperature sensor replaced and quoted be over 600 for a brake replacement that Les Schwab said should only cost 250. Finally despite me telling the sale department that I wasn't interested in selling, I was asked to come in and get a quote for the sale of my vehicle. More
They took care of the the sale of the rig quick and smoothly. Chase did everything he said he would do, all the way until I drove off the lot. smoothly. Chase did everything he said he would do, all the way until I drove off the lot. More
I wish I could rate this location 0 stars. Please don't come here. This location failed to provide the basic customer care any decent dealership would provide. I brought in my 2013 Ford Esc Please don't come here. This location failed to provide the basic customer care any decent dealership would provide. I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape for a recall service. I was assigned the service advisor, Robby and he was absolutely horrible and failed at communicating with me. I took in my car at Thursday 7am, confirmed my cell with Robby in case he needed to reach me, received what appeared to be an automatic text from him providing me with an additional number to call/text for updates around 9am. I texted him a few hours later asking for any updates/new info - not a word from him. The receptionists were kind and patient, allegedly left notes on his desk to check in with me. At one point, one of the women I spoke to left a note for his manager as well so they were in the loop. My car ended up staying there overnight (no one told me anything) and I had to change my plans and figure out a ride to work for the following day. No loaner or rental car was offered. Come Friday morning, I call again, leave a voicemail - still nothing from Robby. He FINALLY calls me Friday around 10am saying he did call me and left a voicemail, informing me my car was ready yesterday. I call bluff, but sure. Turns out, nothing was done to my car so the whole appointment was pointless. Robby failed to communicate the situation and make it clear what was happening. At this point I was just eager to get my car back so they ended up delivering my car to my work. The guy who delivered it just handed me the keys, didn't confirm ID, name, situation - nothing. I could've been a stranger and he just handed the keys freely. He also altered my car settings and left all the protective plastic/paper gear in my car. Friday afternoon, a separate woman from the sales department reached out trying to mend the situation. She emailed the service manager to keep him in the loop and resolve the problem. Admirable efforts, but honestly, I was just fed up with everything and made an appointment at another Ford Dealership to assist me. Again, please don't come here. My experience with Robby (and the whole service department at this point) has been unprofessional and they all lack basic communication skills. As I read the reviews again, I'm seeing others had a similar experience to mine. I should've done better detective work. Do yourself a favor and take your Ford to another service department. More
This is the most sneaky, deceiving, lying dealership you can go to. The owner Brian will talk to you disrespectfully, The manager Bradley doesn’t do anything but lie, sales rep Yesenia just wants to sell can go to. The owner Brian will talk to you disrespectfully, The manager Bradley doesn’t do anything but lie, sales rep Yesenia just wants to sell a car doesn’t care that I’m a single mother and needed something reliable she just wanted a sell. I’ve gotten all 3 of my cars here and loyalty to them means nothing to them. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car. They will say you’re “approved” and have you sign papers agreeing to a payment amount only for them to then call later and say sorry you’re not approved. They then will want a co-signer, you get them a co-signer and then they say sorry only the co-signer will be the main signer. 3 different people will tell you that they will call you back and they don’t. Take lots of pictures of buying a used car since they won’t fix anything after you drive it off the lot and make sure everything is in writing. I bought the car with cosmetic damage on the front bumper(I was ok with that)4 days after buying the car my skid plate came undone so I take it in only for them to team up and say I caused it even though I bought the car with cosmetic damage but now they’re saying there wasn’t any. Save yourself the stress and trouble and go to a different dealership. More
