FRAUDULENT DEALING The car had issues immediately after purchase. I took the car to 2 mechanics. They diagnosed a laundry list of major mechanical problems which includ The car had issues immediately after purchase. I took the car to 2 mechanics. They diagnosed a laundry list of major mechanical problems which included SAFETY HAZARDS which could have resulted in a tragic accident while driving. Both mechanics agreed the problems were obvious and dangerous, and the car should have never been sold in that condition. Despite the "as is" exemption for the minor problems noted on the bill of sale, it is no defense for fraud and I plan to sue in small claims court. It is truly a sad day when someone knowingly defrauds their customers, especially one they know is disabled and battling a life-threatening condition. More
