Worst car buying experience ever! I purchased a car from Dallux Motors August 2018. As of December 2018, approximately 120 days later, I still do not have license plate or registration I purchased a car from Dallux Motors August 2018. In two days, I will be driving with expired temp tag. They also took approximately 60 days to pay off the loan on the car I traded in. This dealership is every reason why people cringe at the thought of buying a car. More

Never buy from this dealership I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership on 4-21-18. The car appeared to be well maintained and the sales rep. Brandon said it was mechanically I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership on 4-21-18. The car appeared to be well maintained and the sales rep. Brandon said it was mechanically sound. I drove it for 10 minutes & it appeared to run well. No engine lights appeared and the car seemed to have good acceleration & proper braking. I gave the sales rep. a $1,000 deposit on my debit card & asked him to fix several broken items & to have it fully inspected since I lived in Fort Worth, an hour away from the dealership. He agreed & then drove the car to Fort Worth to my residence. I signed the paperwork & payed the balance off with a cashier’s check. He thanked me & left. I was excited with the purchase & went out to the car to drive it around. The second I turned the innition key to start it every indicator light went on indicating a series of potential serious issues. I contacted him that day & he stated that that had not happened before & that he would make it right. I drove it to the dealership today & told them in addition to all the indicator lights that the vehicle was swerving & that was a serious safety issue. Again he agreed to make it right & asked the management to cut me a check for several parts. In lieu of them repairing the obvious mechanical issues. The management refused. If they were doing business in Fort Worth they wouldn’t last a week because reputation is everything here. They will not stand behind their products even to the point of endangering someone’s life with an unstable suspension system, which their technician said he warned them of the problem & they refused to correct the it. I recommend staying as far away as possible from this unethical dealship. More
