Super Amazing thanks to Yarena Guerrero Southwest Kia was A1 from the beginning. I'd been working on my credit for the last year and had made some progress but nowhere near the progress i th Southwest Kia was A1 from the beginning. I'd been working on my credit for the last year and had made some progress but nowhere near the progress i thought to be able to get a vehicle from such a prestigious dealer! When Christina Ortiz messaged me, i told her my story and that i really didn't want to waste her time because i knew my credit history.... Well she assured me that we can take care of all the preliminary items via message and i wouldn't have to come until they were sure it was a deal that I could work with. A few days later Christina called and asked could I come in to go over some of the vehicles i was eligible for! I was shocked!!!! I really didn't think I'd be eligible for anything in my price range even though I'd been working on my credit. Still I went in very doubtful, but once i met Yarena, she put me at ease. She's so personable and down to earth. We talked about my daughter's birthday and how she had a birthday coming up soon! I mean this lady has phenomenal customer service. I walked away very satisfied with my purchase and not with the feeling of being sold but i really got i wanted and that's never happened to me before.
