When we called the dealership about our Acadia, the call went to voicemail so we hung up. Less than 5 minutes later, Chris called inquiring about the missed call. Honestly, we were shocked. He forwarded us cell phone pictures of the vehicles when we expressed a concern about the vehicle color (I HATE RED). The next day, we were able to schedule a test drive during my lunch break. Again, Chris was very professional, friendly and conveyed trustworthiness. He was not high-pressured or pushy at all. A few hours later, I was signing loan papies and driving home my new vehicle. Walked in expecting the same old used car dealership BS. I was introduced to Mike Marrero who showed us the car I was looking for along with some similar vehicles. I found a car that was nothing like what I came in for took it on a test drive and loved it. I was apprehensive on if I was getting a "good deal"so I went home called the Toyota dealerships and looked online, it was was by far the most loaded out 4-Runner in Dallas and even better it was the lowest priced one. Its a fair statement that these guys price their cars aggressively and know how to give the customer a "great deal".
