I was highly impressed with Dallas Dodge as they patiently worked on my 2008 Dodge Nitro. I giving a special thanks to Service Advisor Jasmin because she did an excellent job in keeping me informed patiently worked on my 2008 Dodge Nitro. I giving a special thanks to Service Advisor Jasmin because she did an excellent job in keeping me informed about my vehicle during the duration it was at the shop. She also was able to acquired me a loaner car as well. I was so impressed with Dallas Dodge until I purchased a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack 2021 and on Monday March 29, 2021, I drove it off the lot. Thanks again to Jasmin and Dallas Dodge on LBJ Freeway. I will definitely tell all of my fellow professors and students as well about you all. Again thanks. Don’t take your vehicle there .. my service advisor had no idea what he was talking about I was told I would have my van the same day and now it’s gonna take four days to fix .... Worst dealership experience...ever...56k dollars paid cash for simple new work truck and delivered 3 days late and been broke and in shop. AWESOME EXPERIENCE This dealership and the whole staff ,from Sales,selection,financing,and over all experience was great, There was no run around or game play ,they wer This dealership and the whole staff ,from Sales,selection,financing,and over all experience was great, There was no run around or game play ,they were A number 1 ,throughout the whole process,i was in And out in less than 2 hours .this buying journey was started with a quick stop by the dealership,with most of the info they needed done on line ,by the time i got there ,all i had to do was make sure the vehicle was what i chose,turn in my trade in, Check to make sure all the features i wanted were there, go to the finance department ,to sign everything and drive home,in less than 2 hours!!! Bought a new Gladiator on 13 June with a metal front bumper that had to be ordered. Was to have arrived in 7-10 days. It’s 13 July and I still don’t have the bumper. In the interim I was lied to on mu bumper that had to be ordered. Was to have arrived in 7-10 days. It’s 13 July and I still don’t have the bumper. In the interim I was lied to on multiple occasions by the salesman, Valentine Daniels, and by Anthony Biddle who heads up the make ready department. The bumper apparently arrived in kit form over a week ago and to my surprise Anthony told me that his techs are not capable of assembling it and installing it on my Jeep! Unbelievable! I was very frustrated by now so I told both Anthony and Valentine that in exchange for a refund I’d walk away and buy it elsewhere. Anthony said he thought I was owed a refund. He said he’d call me back last week but hasn’t. Beware the phone system! It is a black hole. Go in and you can’t get out! I’ve emailed Jim G, the general manager early today asking for a refund but so far I’m being ignored. RUN, don’t walk away from this dealership! Warren Cornil Rowlett More
