Made an appointment for a passenger side airbag recall. Dropped car off early got a call 15 mins after I had left saying that they didn't have the part and no eta on when they would have it. I made an appointment to avoid this happening, service manager apologized and said he would call me as soon as they had the part. On top of all that they misplaced my key had to wait another 5-10 mins for them to find it. My advice...when making an appointment have them check to be sure they have the parts needed to complete the job. More
Had an appointment. Arrived on time. Still had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for an old change and an inspection. Why have an appointment if they are not going to turn Arrived on time. Check engine light check at dealership. Total repair cost was estimated to be $1,606.15. Told service rep I didn’t want the repair done there. Said I could get everything done at my previous mechanic for $250.00. Went to pick up the car, had to wait 45 minutes. Saw the mechanic with my car (fob and paperwork to determine what the check engine light identified) packet talking to another service rep for 10 minutes BEFORE he gave the packet to my service rep. Paid my bill and was given my key fob. Was told my car would be brought up to the front shortly. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally, my service rep came outside and asked if they had brought me my car. Saw a car like mine parked at a parking lot to the left of the service bays. I asked her how someone was going to bring me my car when I had the key fob. She took it and my car was the one in the parking lot to the left of the service bays. Whole experience took an hour for me to get my car back. Will I be back??? Don’t think so. More

They are the slowest dealership ever. When I originally bought the car, they lost the keys and I had to leave and come back. Then they lost the key to my tire locks and almost tried to make me pay to get new tires after waiting around for two hours just to get my tires rotated. Then, I made an appointment for an oil change and still ended up waiting an hour and a half. I should’ve just gone to Jiffy Lube for the same price and half the wait time. More
