Jaida is a horrible service advisor! I purchased my car in 2018 at Dallas Dodge and have done EVERY service required and/or recommend at Dallas Dodge faithfully as well. No complaints with any of the multiple service advisors I’ve used until today. Jaida was the worse service advisor I’ve ever encountered and I’ve worked in dealerships for over 11 years and currently. Jaida is unknowledgeable, rude, incompetent, disrespectful , unaccountable, and not at present fit to work with any customer. Jaida has NO understanding of service policies, couldn’t explain the basic concept of my repairs, service bill incorrect, didn’t tell me vehicle was ready and even after confirming I was in route vehicle and billing still not ready. Jaida was extremely dismissive and expressed no respect for a customer’s time or money. Jaida gave me attitude about a coupon that I found on Dallas Dodge website as if after spending thousands with their service dept. I would lie about $50?!! She should’ve been informing me of the available coupon. xxxx if she was nicer I would’ve purchased the upsell of services. Talk about fumbling the profit per repair order, my goodness. If Jaida was my first service writer I would never return and advise everyone I know to never go to Dallas Dodge. However, Alex the service manager acknowledged my concerns, explained my repair and truly saved the day. I appreciate him. Jaida needs training and an attitude adjustment immediately! Would give zero stars for her! More
Any time my jeep has any problems, I bring it to Dallas dodge for service. Now I do wish everything can be repaired within one day and the price is lower but the quality of work that I receive and the cust dodge for service. Was as smooth of a process of buying a new Dodge Durango Hellcat as it could have been. Was treated with kindness and respect by Tyler McLoughlin.
