On 5/17/2025, I took my brand new 2025 Ram 1500 with 877 miles for an oil change at this location. First, a service advisor named Taylor was very knowledgeable and willing to help and welcome me for the fi miles for an oil change at this location. When it was time to pay for the service, I approached the cashier's counter. These two young ladies kept joking with another co-worker from the service advisor department. It took more than 5 minutes, but it seemed longer when you were waiting at the counter for the youngest lady to look at me, and she told me, "This is your invoice. Do you pay Cash or charge?" I looked at the invoice, and the charge was more than $60.00; I asked both girls why the cost was so much when I included a coupon that advertised for $24.95 for an oil change. Neither of them even looked at the invoice, and again, they told me that because your truck required 2 extra quarts, the final cost was a little more than $60.00. I then asked for a service manager. After almost 10 minutes, Mr. JD Kimbrough came, and he was very pleasant and corrected the invoice. When my name was called, I walked up to the counter. The youngest cashier tapped on the new correct invoice and said, "Cash or charge." I paid, and then she gave me a form for a rating. She said nothing and looked at me, showing a complete lack of acknowledgment or respect for the customer. It is very disappointing that the service at Dallas Dodge Chrysler was not up to par. When I returned home, I found that the driver's floor was covered in sand, and there was an oil spill on and near the oil fill area in the engine. This is not the level of service I expected when I brought my brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 for an oil change. Try to learn from the Sewell dealership. More
Service was slow, disorganized and way overpriced. I have visited twice and had same experience. There won’t be a third time. I purchased my vehicle in October, before I received my plates I had been up there more times than I would like to say due to my car stalling when I stopped at a light or stop sign I was told is was batter plates I had been up there more times than I would like to say due to my car stalling when I stopped at a light or stop sign I was told is was battery complications and I needed TWO new batteries and the issue still happening. Had to take it back again a few weeks ago because the rain would flood the back of my car i was told it was due to the windshield even though the front of my car was dry. They said they couldnt replace it because someone replaced the windshield so since its not an original part i would have to take it somewhere else ( i paid $200 for them to tell me they cant fix my car) Ive paid more in repairs than I have in car notes. Of corse none of it was covered under the warranty I purchased. Im highly disappointed with dodge and will not purchase another vehicle from them again. More

This is the only dealership I have been where they don’t wash your car during service. Especially a car that I bought new from them. The staff of the service area is polite and useful, except the “cashiers” wash your car during service. Especially a car that I bought new from them.
