Absolute worst experience with the service department. They kept my truck for several weeks. They did not fix it correctly. Let me begin by describing exactly what happened to me at this dealer. This the worst dealer, behaving and acting as if they have you as a hostage and at their mercy. They're dishonest, crooks and would jack you around to milk the last dollar. I made an appointment on Saturday and was taken care by Vilma Canales where I presented my issues with my Gladiator. She said that it will be $200.00 for diagnosis that would be applied toward the repairs if I choose to. A whole week went by, calling twice every day and finally on Friday, I was presented with a $3000.00 repair proposal to replace the front camera that is supposedly is relying error messages through the dashboard's lights. The front camera is $180.00 online. I had requested to pickup my vehicle and I was not ok with these charges or diagnosis. Then an hour later, I received a call bargaining from $3000.00 to $2500.00 if I would continue with the repairs. I asked to have my jeep ready to pickup at noon, arrived at 5:00 PM and waited for another hour waiting on the paperwork. Instead of $200.00, they had charged me $400.00 stating that it was for two diagnostics which I didn't approve. They were not busy in the service area, yet, I was told 2 stories. First when I walked in she told me the tech was on a test drive and would be back in 15 minutes and would put together and get paperwork. 15 minutes later I asked again and she said, the jeep is ready just waiting on the tech to come back so he can put together the paperwork. I said, it was just a diagnostic not work. All the people standing around and no one can get me my paperwork? I went to talk to a manager and next thing you know my Jeep rolles up. WE BOUGHT OUR JEEP FEB 2024 (2020 JEEP WRANGLER SPORT ) AND BOUGHT THE AFTERCARE EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US THAT EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE ELECTRONICS WERE INCLUDED IN THIS WARRA AND BOUGHT THE AFTERCARE EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US THAT EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE ELECTRONICS WERE INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY. FAST FORWARD TO ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO, OUR INSTRUMENTAL CLUSTER WENT OUT (MANY HAVE BEEN RECALLED, BUT OUR VIN WAS NOT) AND WHEN CALLED, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THIS WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY THAT WE PURCHASED. SEVERAL CALLS TO FINANCE AND THE GM AND STILL NOTHING BUT "WHEN WE KNOW SOMETHING WE WILL LET YOU KNOW". This was my first time using this dealerships service department. My advisor was very courteous, however, very disorganized. Upon arrival he took an additional hour fifteen to finish paperwork!! A client should not have to wait over a hour when told car is ready for pick up. More

And it’s still tree sap all over my windows. Who does that?! I guess Dallas dodge does. I bought my keep from them back in 2018 and when I needed to have it fix this is how they treated my vehicle. They called to tell me it was ready for pick up however they failed to clean it. I get that it was New Year’s Eve and the workers might be gone for the day but why not offer a cleaning for a different time if you were so pressed to call me to tell me it was ready. Or just wait til you open the day after new year and call me then and say it’s ready. Lazy! More
