The Best Car Buyer Experience I've ever had in Dallas I went to this dealership with a specific car in mind and when I test drove the car (more on that later), it just wasn't a good fit for me personally. It was great because they then provided several options specific to what I was looking for and they knew a lot about the cars themselves. Fahdi pointed me to a 3 series BMW that had all the features I was looking for, in my price range, and at a great price for what it is. He knew I wanted a manual transmission and I was set on that and unlike other dealers he didn't try to sell me on something I knew I didn't want. Drove the car and loved it. I financed the car and Lou was extremely patient and helpful, going as far as to make several extra phone calls and staying a little past hours to make sure I was all set. These guys are all down to earth and what I would call "real" people. I definitely will be making my next car purchase at this location especially because they have opened an on site service shop. Highly recommend this place! More
