We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership last year. We were told at the time of purchase that the optional extended warranty ($1300) and gap protection ARE refundable/cancelable. We chose based o year. We were told at the time of purchase that the optional extended warranty ($1300) and gap protection ARE refundable/cancelable. We chose based on that information to go ahead and purchase the warranty and gap. We recently traded the vehicle in and we are now being told by this dealership that they cannot cancel the extended warranty and we will not receive a refund. We would have NEVER purchased the extended warranty if that was told to us at the time of purchase. We were lied to so we would purchase the extra extended warranty and now because we traded the vehicle we are getting stiffed out of the pro-rated refund? Not acceptable!!! Maybe an ethics course should be taught to everyone at this dealership. More
