It was a great experience buying a car with Dale Earnhardt Jr GMC and our sales associate Cory. We live over 100 miles away but they had the Yukon we wanted. He had the Yukon we wanted and another we wanted to look at close to the entrance. He treated us like family, not a customer. I had sent some paper work due to my status as a retired Veteran and he had everything taken care of and ready. Over the 7 to ten days we were working with him he was perfect. He kept us informed but did not pester us. He treated us like we were the couple coming back to buy our 10th car from him and we only knew him from texts. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back to buy our next car there. The paperwork was also very quick and efficient. Mr Crum was very informed, quick to process us and very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience all the way from first contact to driving off the lot. More

Walked in at my prescribed appointment time and was greeted promptly. They took the vehicle back and told me to wait in the customer lounge which is well appointed.
