I came here to have my sunroof worked on. I had brought it to 3 other places in town who said they fixed it but never did. I finally decided to dig deeper into the pockets to pay a dealership to do it rig it to 3 other places in town who said they fixed it but never did. I finally decided to dig deeper into the pockets to pay a dealership to do it right. I brought it in and they started to help me and walked away midway through to help some one else. Then he said they would get it in that day at $115 an hour. I had already taken the headliner out and found the leak, i just wanted them to fix it. They never got the car in that day, and kept it overnight. The did say they kept it inside (the only plus). The next day they got it in and called me. They told me I had a leak and they would need to replace the entire sunroof for $625. I know that the drains are plugged and just need to be cleaned out.. They charged me half-an-hour of labor to tell me what I already knew... The best part...when i picked it up, it was COVERED in bird poop... Very unhappy with this place!! I have heard so many advertisements promoting their costumer service, and i couldnt disagree more! More
