I particularly like to comparison shop makes/models/years so not only did I appreciate that, but it built trust very early. As a new Suburu owner, I especially appreciated how knowledgeable he was about my previous car (not a Suburu), to help me compare and contrast features, specs, handling, etc. so that I had the right product and was confident in my decision. That still doesn't change the fact that it can hurt the pocket book, but they put out quality vehicles. That's the only reason we gave it a 4 star on price.
