Anthony is the best!! I live in Minneapolis. I was looking for a 2013 low mileage Toyota Matrix. I found it a Dahl Automotive in Winona Mn, When I went to purchase that car I live in Minneapolis. I was looking for a 2013 low mileage Toyota Matrix. I found it a Dahl Automotive in Winona Mn, When I went to purchase that car I found it had been transferred to Dahl in LaCrosse, Wi. I starting emailing Anthony and he was very willing to work with means helpful. We talked on the phone also. He was always available and very nice to work with. My car had never been owned by anyone but Dahl, so I could not license it in Minnesota until I get a form which takes a while to get. Anthony sent me a new temporary plate for my car. He helped me with every step. I got only 1 key for my car. Anthony contacted Dahl Automotive in Winona and then sent the key to me.. Kyle has been great about taking time whenever I stopped in to explain things I might not understand. He is friendly, patient and courteous. That is why, once again, when I bought a new phone and did not know how to hook it to the bluetooth. I thought nothing about stopping to ask Kyle for assistance. Of course Kyle assisted me as he always has.hooking up my phone. We started talking about the 2015 Legacy, that was on the showroom floor by his desk, and he showed his knowledge of the car by showing it to me. He never once pressured a sale, even though he could have Instead, just showed his knowledge and enthusiasm of the new car.When I said how much I liked it he asked me if I wanted to see what my CrossTrek was worth.. Needless to say, I am a proud new owner of a 2015 Suburu Legacy.Because of the ease of working with Kyle, and his knowledge and friendliness I trust him and the dealership totally. I will never buy a car from another salesman or from another dealership even if I leave the LaCrosse area.. Great buying experience with Anthony I used the CUDL AutoSmart website through my credit union to request the best internet price on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and selected the 3 close I used the CUDL AutoSmart website through my credit union to request the best internet price on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and selected the 3 closest dealers to request quotes from. I just about didn't select Dahl Auto as it was the farthest away at 150 miles, but I was really glad I did as they were the only ones that responded to me. Anthony was great to deal with - he was very prompt to answer all of my questions. Dahl Auto displays their actual sales price on their website (along with the window sticker so you can verify the MSRP of each vehicle as well as the installed options) - it wasn't an inflated discount based on every possible dealer incentive (which I didn't qualify for). Their prices were lower than all of the dealers closer to me and they gave me a good value for my trade in (sight unseen). We made the deal completely through email. The first time I talked to Anthony was when I placed a deposit on the vehicle I selected. Anthony was very accommodating and pleasant over the phone. We arranged a time for me to pick up my vehicle. Anthony was just as pleasant in person. He took the time to go over all of the features of the vehicle with us and explain all of the paperwork with us. He even went out to the shop to help prep our vehicle as they were short staffed. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had - I would definitely buy another vehicle with Anthony! More

We arrived an hour before closing and Anthony greeted us. Showed us a couple of cars. I took one for a test drive and loved it. He said he would work on everything for us the next day and we were able to do everything over the phone my husband was able to pick up the new car and trade in the old one and sign the papers the next afternoon. It was by far the easiest purchase process ever and Anthony was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Not a pushy sales person at all. We love our new Santa Fe and would highly recommend Anthony! More

We had to order one with what we wanted (really, it was so we didn't get things we didn't need) so it took a couple weeks before it came in and Anthony did a pretty good job of keeping us up to date on the status. Once the vehicle was in, he was great about getting us taken care of and getting us out the door for a prior commitment that we needed to attend.
