This is the 2nd time I've brought my car in since acquiring it 19 months ago, both experiences were perfect. Dahl Honda Onalaska Probably the worst experience on trying to buy a car that I have ever had in 25 years. I was going to buy a car that I found off the internet. I live 3.5 hours away mind you. I was v trying to buy a car that I have ever had in 25 years. I was going to buy a car that I found off the internet. I live 3.5 hours away mind you. I was very explicit to the sales lady on my expectations of the condition of the car and I was PROMISED that I wouldn’t regret making the drive. I should’ve known it was too good to be true….. After going to my local bank, and driving 3.5 hours up there I was excited to look at the car only to find tree sap that had coated the car and eaten through the clear coat. This was not in the condition that I was promised prior to agreeing to buy the car. The sales lady came back after talking to her manager and said we are willing to give you a ceramic coating and a 3 yr warranty… Anyone that knows anything about detailing know that tree sap eats clear cut if left on the paint in hot sun. And ceramic coating will not help this at all. I respectfully declined and ask that they make this worth my time and her reply to me was well I can give you a bottle water or soda for the 3.5 hr drive back. Never again. Worst customer service and dishonesty that I have ever experienced. The management team isn’t much better. They let me walk out the door without even coming to apologize to me for the issues. And car dealerships wonder why they get a bad rap and nobody trusts them…. Having said this it worked out to my benefit. Ended up getting a brand new one for $1000 more than what they wanted for this car…. If you are looking at buying from them and your remote… DONT or do it at your own risk of wasting your time! More
As a 1st time customer very disappointed . ..called about a part and was given a number to text with my request. 1.5 hours later and I still have no response! Eugene was fantastic, Jake was great and the sales manager very accommodating. They were professional, helpful and good to their agreement. Would definitely recommend them.
