Genuine concern and resolution from the service team I did not purchase my vehicle with this dealer. However, it was a new purchase and we had the pre-owned Lincoln certified warranty. The service manager communicated clearly and honestly the issue with our car. He talked with the dealership where we purchased our vehicle to secure the service record to confirm service activity. There never was a mention of where the vehicle was purchased as far as warranty coverage. The end results is complete satisfaction on the team. The service to my car settled any unease, knowing I can count on the Lincoln name to stand alone. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. The individuals at the Onalaska dealership are committed and very professional in their attitude and carrying out their jobs. They took the time needed to sit with me and discuss the issues with the car to the point that I understood and felt confident in the outcome. More

I felt they waste my time and money I think they double the amount of time it should take for a y service. Ifs the only place I have gone that takes 90 min for a oil change but if u watc I think they double the amount of time it should take for a y service. My most recent visit was for a brake light bulb to be replaced that took 48 minutes due to the tech having to assist someone else on their car even though I was there first and was still charged 20.pp for a light bulb.. Great service on the truck repair! Noah Finch got us right in when we needed an appointment to fix the latch on the rear drivers door on our F-150 crew cab. Quick oil change Dropped in for an oil change. They got me in and out quickly. The service department is one of the main reasons I purchased there. I had a car from an Dropped in for an oil change. I had a car from another dealership and Dahl rescued me at least twice when I had life threatening problems with my car. The most impactful was when 2 of my tires had threads showing. The guys at WonderLube said I had to get it checked. Little did I know how bad it was. Dahl got me in immediately and had my tires on within an hour. I cannot thank them enough! More
