One Stop Shop From the initial phone call, to picking up my car, and everything in between, Dan Wich exceeded my expectations. I was amazed how he had so much time for me and my own concerns when I'm sure he was very busy with other customers. He was top notch on notifying me on the progress of my situation, so much so that I began to recognize the number and I answered the phone saying, "How's it goin' Dan?". Had I known I would've been taken so good care of at Dahl Ford, I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get an answer from other places prior. I know where I'll be going next time I need service done to my car! Bravo! More

I pride myself on taking care of my vehicles and in doing so I have our vehicles detailed 2 times per year. I was tired of going to the local detail centers and had noticed how nice the used cars at Dahl looked when I had been shopping for my new F-150. I called up and asked if they do details and was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. I booked my appointment and the prince was very reasonable. When I picked up my Truck I was overly impressed. Mark did the best job I have ever had for a detail. The truck was better looking than when it rolled off the assembly line. He got everything, seats, windows, jams, crevice's , nooks, crannies, everywhere. I was so impressed I set up a detail on a Black Expedition for the next day. I am always nervous about Black vehicles becuase of the marks that can be left behind, not with Mark, the car looked brand new! I have and will highly recommend the detail center at Dahl Ford. You will be as impressed as I was! Keep up the great work Mark! More

Going the Extra Mile I have never been more impressed with the service that I received at Dahl Fords Body shop then I am Today. When bad things happen they pour and that I have never been more impressed with the service that I received at Dahl Fords Body shop then I am Today. When bad things happen they pour and that was my day. I ran into a fire hydrant and tore up my passenger side running board and of course thought the worst. I went straight to Dahl Ford and spoke with Jerry and Scott. With-in 5 minutes they had taken the information needed, found that it was only the running board and scheduled me in to have it repaired, and the price awesome!!! Having damage on your car is horrible and not a pleasant experience. I have dreaded dealing with Body shops due to the run around i seem to always get. I am very pleased with the service and Jerry and Scott have changed my opinion of my dealings with body shops. While I hope that I don't ever have to have something repaired, I know where I will go and recommend going if I or someone I know does. The ability to take care of the customer and suit there needs and ensure their satisfaction without going through red tape is another testament to the Dahl family and how they care for all their customers! Well done! More

My truck was repaired and back to me the same day even though parts were needed at the warehouse and it was late in the day. Re: Alan Jackson and Service Center I had to take my 2013 Ford Escape back to the dealership to have a back-up camera and Xzilon applied to my new car. Mr. Allan Jackson made sure that I had to take my 2013 Ford Escape back to the dealership to have a back-up camera and Xzilon applied to my new car. Mr. Allan Jackson made sure that my second set of keys had come in and gave me a leased car to use until my car was read the next day. Mr. Allan Jackson did everything he could to make my experience as painless and the wait as short as possible. The people I dealt with in the Service Department were so genuine and friendly, silly to say, but I can't wait to go back for my oil change. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name from the Service Department, he never left my side until Allan Jackson took over. Thank you everyone at Dahl Ford, what a wonderful experience.
