Service kept us informed during the service performed. What excites me most about Dahl is the co-operation of ALL the employees. Ask a question to any of them and if they cannot answer with a solution, they immediately get you to the person that can resolve. I have seen that they will drop whatever they are doing to make sure you are taken care of. More

Routine Maintenance Anything But Routine. I absolutely love going to the service department at Dahl. Dan Wich and his staff come out like old friends at a high school reunion. No less than t I absolutely love going to the service department at Dahl. Dan Wich and his staff come out like old friends at a high school reunion. No less than three people were at one point talking to me about the car and why it was in. Just needed an oil change and regular winter checkup. Fast, efficient, friendly, and just plain awesome. They made sure they went over the results of their systems checks, and made sure I knew that the next checkup would be a 30,000 mile scheduled, and it might be pricy. I appreciate how they are always looking out for me by keeping my car in great shape. Keeps my own pride in owning such a great car at the highest level. More
Great, credible service. We have a 2000 Ford Explorer that recently needed work on the back suspension and breaks. We used to go to the dealership we bought the SUV from but We have a 2000 Ford Explorer that recently needed work on the back suspension and breaks. We used to go to the dealership we bought the SUV from but changed to Dahl after several visits where I felt we were treated less than 100% credibly. We've been at Dahl for several years now and,. even though the Explorer is not under any warranty, I won't go anywhere else. This is because of Dan, April, Ian and Matt who work in the Service department. They are all great at customer service and very knowledgeable about car repairs. This last visit, I was even introduced to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle. I think it helps both me as a customer and the mechanic to meet eye to eye, so I appreciated this, Other places might costs less but the lowest price does not mean it's the best price. Go where you have good service and the problems GET FIXED the first time!!! Go to Dahl Ford in Davenport Iowa. More
Issue resolved on fist repair. My vehicle issue was intermittent from day one of ownership and I asked the dealer (River City Ford) to repair the speaker issue and they claimed they My vehicle issue was intermittent from day one of ownership and I asked the dealer (River City Ford) to repair the speaker issue and they claimed they did. Several moths later it started acting up again and has been intermittantly ever since. I called the service department at Dahl Ford and had a lengthy discussion with an advisor and asked him how we could approach the issue. He agreed to actually have the speaker looked and not just expect to validate the issue by sound due to my distance traveling to the dealership and the issue being intermittent. He told me he replaced the speaker because he found enough evidence to condemn it and it has been nearly a month since the repair and it has not been static filled since. It also sounds better all around, better than ever. Thank you so much for getting to this issue and resolving it! More
my review I brought my car in for oil change and a few minor issues which didn't happen for them so they couldn't address. although in the pouring rain my lock I brought my car in for oil change and a few minor issues which didn't happen for them so they couldn't address. although in the pouring rain my locks did act up and I was told to bring it up at next oil change which is ok. I do think this is bs that I have to title and write a review to give you an excellent review More

Awesome customer service I went in for a recall and an oil change. They were very accommodating. Instead of waiting 1 hour they took me to the mall and picked me up.
