Easy, Friendly, Painless I originally had no intention of buying a new vehicle when I stopped in a few days ago. I was coming in for maintenance for my 2013 Ford Fiesta, but t I originally had no intention of buying a new vehicle when I stopped in a few days ago. I was coming in for maintenance for my 2013 Ford Fiesta, but they offered to do an appraisal for it. Long story short, I ended up buying a 2016 Ford Focus for decent deal. I've left a very positive review for Dahl before when I purchased my last sedan from them, the aforementioned Fiesta. This time will be no different. Elias Muñoz (whose name needs to be added to this site) was very friendly, very knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly to me -- not too pushy. Just like my last purchase from Dahl, the experience was one of the best I've had a dealership and they continue to treat me well as a customer. I even had the pleasure to speak with both Javier again (my previous sales consultant) and then also met Allan, who was incredibly helpful in getting me over the hump of making me sure I was making the correct decision in getting into this new vehicle. I also don't see Mike Ohms on this list as a Dahl Ford employee. I think it's very important when you start talking about the final dollar figures, that the same level of professionalism and positive attitude you experience with the sales consultants is also displayed by finances manager. Both times I've been in the finance room with Mike, he has made sure I'm comfortable and that everything is explained properly to me so I'm not overwhelmed by the number of documents that have to be handled before everything can be properly completed. Keep up the good work, everyone. It was and hopefully will continue to be, a pleasure. More

Dan was able to get it in and checked out and found it was the battery which was replaced under warranty, even though the car has more than 100,000 miles on it. More
